D.I.D. 428 X-Ring VX Chain

X-Ring chains have 1/2 the friction of the OEM O-ring chain, gain speed, power, and range with the same sealing properties of an o-ring chain for long life.

Fitment

  • Talaria MX5 - Chain cut required
  • Altis Sigma - Chain cut required

Details

  • Great rigidity.
  • Higher rigidity creates smoother handling, reduced power loss and quicker response.
  • Highest value in all DID series.
  • DID X-Ring has half the friction compared to O-Ring chains.
  • Superior longer life than previous VM series.
  • Average tensile strength 7,420lbs.
  • Master Link included.

Installation:

To install this chain it must be "cut" to the correct length which varies depending on the size of your sprocket.  You'll need a Chain Breaker Tool which you can buy here.  Another very helpful tool is this special pliers which makes removing and installing master links a snap!

Charged Advice

Be sure to use chain lube and keep your chain clean
